Dear MendMeShop,

I have purchased several pieces from your shop (Tortoise Shellz Full Body Therapy Pad along with two Wrist Inferno Wraps) and we are very happy with all of them. In fact, I don't know what we would do without them, as all the injuries are improving gradually. Thank you for these wonderful products, and thank you, too, for the personal attention to your customers. A rarity, in today's world!

Dear MendMeShop,

I have been using the Freeze Wraps to reduce the inflammation, for which they worked great. Last week was the first time I tried the Infernowrap on my right knee and it seems to help just from one treatment. I plan to use it every night when I get back from work. I used the knee Inferno wrap again last night and put it on the medium power and it's helping tremendously. I'm able to bend my knee better and walk with more stability without leaning too much on my left knee to compensate for the injured knee.

Dear MendMeShop,

I wanted to get back to you with feedback about the Inferno Wrap. So far we are very pleased with the size, light weight, flexibility and comfort of the wrap. It is very convenient the way the cord is set up. If one has to leave the area for a moment it is much easier now because instead of removing the entire wrap or unplugging the whole thing from the wall, you can just detach at the segment. I like the on/off switch, too. It is much easier to see which setting it is on. Everything about this new product seems more intelligent and user friendly. A lot of thought was put into improving on the old product. Well done to all involved!!!

Dear MendMeShop,

I'm doing well with my Inferno Wraps. I have one for my foot, leg, back, and elbow. My elbow IS gradually getting better. The foot/ankle/Achilles, leg, and back/hip are helping a lot. I have a complex soft tissue injury from a fall where my foot was asleep and I did not know it ... UNTIL I fell on the floor, having twisted (running on my foot that turned over) my ankle, knee, and hip. I have healed well from the original injury (now 4 years ago) with lots of chiropractic and massage therapy and lots of rehab. One of my rehabs now is "Ballroom Dancing" with a teacher who understands injuries. I call it "Physio-dance therapy for rehabilitation." I've done this for the last 8 months and have gotten incredibly stronger and improved coordination and balance. But, 3 weeks ago I "strained" my Achilles/calf/ankle/foot muscles and tendons. I purchased the Inferno Wraps to help expedite my healing, which they HAVE DONE and I've only used them 2 weeks now. I am using them 2 times per day, every day.

More Rotator Cuff Facts:

The rotator cuff is a shallow 'ball-and-socket' joint where the humerus (upper arm) meets the scapula (shoulder blade).

2-5% of the population will experience Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder), most for no apparent reason.

Women and diabetics are common sufferers of Frozen Shoulder.

BFST® can greatly reduce the time it takes to move through the 3 stages of Frozen Shoulder.

Rotator cuff tears occur most frequently in men, ages 40-50, who do manual overhead work.

The most common tendon torn in the rotator cuff is the supraspinatus tendon.

A complete tear of the supraspinatus tendon will limit your ability to lift your arm at your side (abduct).

Dear MendMeShop,

MendMe products are the Cadillac of at-home treatment options. They are robustly constructed to provide superior heat or cold contact to the injured area and the fit is incredibly precise and adaptable. My husband and I use them repeatedly as typical ageing athletes with lots of old injuries. I have loaned them to friends on my paddle tennis team and everyone raves. Yes, they cost a bit more but save untold thousands in visits to chiropractors, physical therapists and doctors. We are among the sites biggest fans.

Dear MendMeShop,

I fell down on ice last March, hit my left shoulder on the ground pretty hard and stirred up an old injury that hadn't bothered me for twenty years. I was in a great deal of pain and tried everything I could think of that might help. I only found temporary relief from the pain. It wasn't until I began using your Shoulder Inferno Wrap that I truly began to heal and the pain slowly began to subside. After several months, I still use the Wrap daily to maintain the healing and progress I've made. I then also sought the advice of a physical therapist because in addition to the pain I used to have before using the Wrap, I was still dealing with stiffness and a very limited range of motion. After examining me, the therapist said I didn't have rotator cuff issues just muscle issues, a thing called "frozen shoulder". For seven weeks now I have received help from a massage therapist and am slowly improving the range of motion. I chose to work with her because her sessions include massage and stretching. A session leaves my shoulder feeling slightly sore. I use the Inferno Wrap afterwards and the heat I feel as it works relieves the soreness. I am sure using the Wrap also helps the muscles "remember" longer the right way they are supposed to feel and function. Combining the Wrap with massage therapy has been a winning combo for me! Do I dare confess...I love the Wrap so much that I will definitely buy another one. The Back Wrap will be my next purchase from you. I mean this whole-heartedly - thank you for the Wrap! I am also pleased with your customer service. Dealing with you was a pleasure. You really do care about your customers! I am delighted and impressed with your product and your people. __________________

The Shoulder Inferno wrap is working well for my shoulder bursitis. I went to my primary care doctor this week, and she was very interested in the treatments and the success - when little else was working in the last 5 months. My shoulder pain has gone away completely, and so I am obviously very pleased with the results.

Dear MendMeShop,

I love the products and I can definitely tell they are making a big difference in my healing. I just wish I had known of your products even sooner. I was in a serious motorcycle accident back in July and broke 17 bones, had a collapsed lung, and had numerous twists and sprains along with a lot of swelling. I was in the intensive care unit for 7 days and then in the hospital for 7 more before I was able to go home. To make a long story short, since using your products my pain level has gone down immensely and the swelling is finally under control. I even take the Inferno wrist and back wrap to work and use it since I have a desk job that makes it possible. I am down to just walking with a cane now and will probably be able to get rid of that in about two weeks. I did twenty minutes on the stationary bike yesterday and walked for 1/2 mile on our treadmill. Within another couple months I hope to be back to jogging several miles every other day. The 4 Inferno Wraps and 2 Cold Cure products along with lots of prayers on my behalf have helped make the difference. Thanks again so much, and God Bless you guys for your products! Steve Brown P.S. Also, here is a little more about my status now. I just ran the Peachtree Road Race (a 10K event – 6.2 miles) in 9:07 per mile. That was back on July 4. I just ran a 5K (3.1 miles) in 8:22 per mile this last weekend. I truly believe the wraps helped me get that level of fitness back. Many people my age (55) don't even ever get in that kind of shape, let alone a year after a major accident with all the complications that I had. I still use the Freezie Wraps after running when I can and I still regularly use the Inferno Wraps before many of my runs and exercise to warm things up.

I am elated with the Shoulder Inferno and Freezie Wraps. I purchased. My shoulder is regaining strength, albeit slowly. Until I found your products I was in tremendous throbbing pain from a rotator cuff injury. For three months I used Chiropractors and exercise bands to no avail. The terrible throbbing has subsided and I am once again able to throw the ball with my two German Pointers! If I over do activity, the freeze wrap helps to calm the shoulder down. An hour after that I do the Inferno Wrap.

I have suffered intense pain for the past 3 years due to overuse of my hands. I had been having acupuncture for the past 3 years. It helped for a while but the pain always returned. Dear MendMeShop,

Things are going well with my healing sessions. I had it three times daily with each session lasting 20 minutes maximum for two weeks. I noticed reduction of pain in my third day using the Inferno Wrap. In my Second week I reduced the sessions to just one (20 Minute) per day. The pain is almost gone except when I make a wrong and abrupt move on or of my right (problematic) shoulder. Hopefully, I do not have to use the Freeze Wrap this summer when I do most of my heavy yard work, but I am assured that there is this cold treatment if in case I hurt my shoulder again. I now have decided not to have an MRI on my shoulder and undergo more expensive treatments or therapy from my specialist ortho doctor . I think his diagnosis of "Frozen shoulder" or possible rotator cup tear are correct. I will be watching my progress and if condition gets worse, I will call him again for appointment. But for the mean time, I am satisfied with my Inferno Wrap treatment on myself. I am glad to have save time and money at least for now. Thanks again for your wonderful products and support. Warm Regards to your Team. P.S. In a follow up email Jesse sent us later in the year, Jesse indicated the Inferno wrap did wonders... it's been almost nine months ago since I purchased your products. I am happy to let you know as today that my frozen shoulder is no longer an issue. I believed in less than a month of continuous therapy sessions per your instructions on the product my pain is gone.

Torn Supraspinatus - Symptoms, Diagnosis & Treatment

Symptoms of a Supraspinatus Tendon Tear

You might be suffering from a supraspinatus tear (or supraspinatus tendinitis) if:

Supporting your arm while you sleep can reduce the tear on your rotator cuff and the pain during the night.
  • You have Pain in the shoulder when doing a repetitive shoulder activity that eventually becomes noticeable when the shoulder is at rest.
  • You are experiencing Atrophy (loss of Range of Motion)or weakening of the tendons and muscles in the rotator cuff.
  • You have pain that starts as a dull ache and progresses to a radiating pain from the shoulder, especially when sleeping.
  • You have Sudden pain when reaching above the head or bringing the arm out to the side.
  • You are experiencing Muscle spasm and weakness in the arm and shoulder area with limited range of motion.
  • You are experiencing a crackling sensation may be felt as the condition worsens.

If you are experiencing any of those symptoms then you might have a supraspinatus tear injury. The location, type of tear and any other injuries in the joint can greatly influence your ability to recover from and heal your torn supraspinatus tendon.

About the Supraspinatus

Torn supraspinatus tendon of the rotator cuff.

The rotator cuff is a term given to four main tendons that wrap around the shoulder joint, the supraspinatus tendon being the tendon coming off the shoulder blade in the top portion.

The supraspinatus tendon is often the tendon that is injured in a rotator cuff injury although not always. It usually starts with tendinitis - often fraying begins to occur as the tendon thickens and rubs against the acromion or a tear results from an extreme stress. Tears often occur gradually, though many are associated with sports injuries (especially baseball and swimming), falls on the shoulder, or an added injury due to shoulder dislocation in elderly folk. If you've ever been diagnosed with bursitis, it's possible the supraspinatus tendon is the true source of your pain, not the shoulder bursa. In this case, the pain does not resolve with typically prescribed anti-inflammatory medications.

How Do I Diagnose a Torn Supraspinatus?

The best way to diagnose this condition is with a quick visit to the your doctor for a physical examination of your shoulder. Range of motion tests will be done to see how much movement has been lost in the shoulder.

medical supraspinatus tear diagnosis

Your doctor may also consider any previous shoulder injuries or joint stiffness that you may have had in the past. This will help the doctor to determine if you have a more complex injury in your shoulder and rule out any other rotator cuff injuries that may be present.

A set of range of motion and strength tests will be completed by the doctor including the Drop Arm Test. Your doctor will measure the number of degrees your arm can move when rotating. In the drop arm test, your doctor will ask you to put your arm out to the side and up towards your head. They will then ask you to move your arm back slowly to see if your arm will drop quickly on its' own because of a tear.

Your doctor may suggest diagnostic testing to obtain more detailed information, and assess the amount and/or type of damage done to your supraspinatus tendon. There are a variety of different tests available to help them analyze the situation; and the recommendation will be dependent on your injury. X-rays will provide an image of the overall bone structure of your shoulder. It's helpful in identifying abnormal bone shapes, fractures, arthritis, osteoarthritis, bone spurs or loose bones and bone abnormalities that may mimic a tear.

supraspinatus tendovaginitis shoulder mri

Other tests like a bone scan, MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) or blood tests may be done if an x-ray looks normal or the doctor is unsure whether you have a fracture. These tests will also rule out any infections of the bone or tissue and help to determine if you are suffering from other injuries like arthritis or osteoarthritis (degenerative damage).

If you suspect you may have a supraspintus tear or other tear in your rotator cuff,

  • The first thing to do is speak with your doctor. Only your doctor can give you a proper diagnosis and from this, determine a course of proper treatment. Unless you need surgery to fix your torn tendon, your doctor will almost always recommend conservative treatment options - conservative treatment options for a rotator cuff tear typically means rest, ice the injury, elevate the injury and take anti-inflammatory medication.
  • Second, if your doctor has decided that your injury can be treated with conservative treatment options, then you'll find that many of our customers have had great success treating themselves with our powerful conservative treatment products - the Shoulder ColdCure Wrap® and Shoulder BFST Wrap®.
  • Or, if surgical intervention is required, talk with your doctor about using these same products for post-surgery recovery as you will find them to be effective for reducing post-surgery inflammation, enhancing range of motion and minimizing scar tissue growth.

... and Re-injury to your supraspinatus must be avoided at all costs!

Supraspinatus Tendon Re-Injury Should be Avoided
supraspinatus tears will heal with massive amounts of scar tissue.

Constant re-injury (you know when it's happening, you can feel the pain) needs to be avoided at all costs. Obviously, it delays the healing process, but what's worse is that every re-injury and additional healing cycle increases the amount of scar tissue that builds up in and around your supraspinatus tear.

Scar tissue is hard, inflexible, and tough to get rid of. The more severe your supraspinatus injury is, the more likely that this scar tissue will fill into the tears in your supraspinatus, also attaching to all of the surrounding healthy tissue. This added scar tissue will restrict your ability to control the movement of your shoulder. Scar tissue also makes your supraspinatus much more prone to injury again later on. The more scar tissue that develops, the more you lose the range of motion in your entire shoulder joint.

Continuous re-injury and build-up of scar tissue while staying active means you'll have a greater chance of winding up with on-going pain, more tearing in your rotator cuff and tearing or weakening (atrophy) of surrounding tissue (ligaments, tendons, muscle).

If you have pain and inflammation in your shoulder, it's very important to heal your injury quickly and completely. You must avoid the build up of scar tissue. If you don't, your supraspinatus injury may plague you forever. This is why it's so important to continuously use conservative treatment tools to heal any recurring supraspinatus damage before it can build into something big. For any rotator cuff tear sufferer, having the right tools means all the difference.

"Over Compensation Pain" Needs to be Treated

Everything in the human body is connected. Any supraspinatus injury can lead to other injuries over time if not treated properly. You might start lifting with and using your opposite arm when performing normal daily activities, like brushing your teeth, brushing your hair, carrying or reaching for things. You may also try to rely on your opposite (healthy / stronger) shoulder and arm to get yourself back to work, activities or your sports sooner to avoid waiting for your supraspinatus injury to heal completely.

Many of our clients have experienced pain in the affected arm's elbow and their opposite elbow or shoulder because they shift their lifting weight and use to the opposite arm. For example, you might normally reach for items off of higher shelves with your right arm, but instead will use your left arm while your right arm heals. Even though changing something like this seems like a really small thing, changing the way you would normally reach and grab for things when your body isn't used to that can result in pain and injuries in your healthy arm.

Over compensation pain can result in a severe setback when recovering from a supraspinatus tear.

Over time you'll notice that you automatically start to put more weight on your non-injured side to cope with everyday activities. When you experience pain on the opposite side of your body, this is something called "over compensation" pain. Usually the supraspinatus will get torn in your dominant shoulder (if you are right handed, this would be your right shoulder). When this happens there is a higher risk that you'll over-strain your weaker arm that's compensating for your injury, because it's just not as strong as your dominant side.

Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy (BFST®) is the best treatment available to deal with over compensation issues and injury prevention by maintaining healthy blood flow to your entire shoulder.

Even if you try to avoid over compensation pain in your healthy arm you're still at risk for re-injuring your damaged supraspinatus. Ignoring over compensation pain and the pain felt from your supraspinatus injury while returning to regular activities or your job can lead to even more problems with healing.

Supraspinatus rotator cuff tear.

Rotator cuff tears are known to be difficult to heal as the rotator cuff area in the shoulder is a very complicated arrangement of tissue in multiple layers. The rotator cuff is made up of muscles, tendons, and ligaments that form a 'cuff' attached to the upper arm bone (humerus), 'wing' bone (scapula), and collar bone (clavicle) in your shoulder. It is possible to get a tear in your rotator cuff that is actually a tear in a tendon (attachment point between muscle and bone), muscle, or ligament (tissue attaching bone to bone. Your tear could be located in the teres minor, infraspinatus, supraspinatus, subscapularis area of the tendons. It's also possible to get a tear in the coracoclavicular, acromioclavicular, coraco-acromial, coraco-humeral, transverse humeral, superior glenohumeral, middle glenohumeral or inferior-glenohumeral area of your ligaments.

Rotator cuff tears in a tendon or ligament receive very little natural blood supply. It's the lack of blood flow around your tear that makes rotator cuff injuries so hard to heal. Healing is tough no matter what course of treatment your doctor's suggesting - ice, heat, physical therapy or surgery. It's no secret that no matter how your doctor suggests you treat your rotator cuff tear, you really need more blood flow to allow your body to heal as it comes naturally.

The most amazing thing about a torn rotator cuff is that your body is capable of healing itself.

It uses your blood supply to do this. Even if you don't receive enough blood flow to the location of your rotator cuff tear, you can still treat yourself in a way that gives your natural blood flow the boost it needs to reach further into your torn shoulder tissue.

Working with your blood flow is an easy 2-Step process that can be made even easier with the treatment tools available from AidMyRotatorCuff.

  • Step 1 - Open Up your Blood Vessels by Decreasing Swelling & Inflammation
The Top Shoulder Freezie Wrap will reduce pain and swelling from your rotator tear.

The 1st step is reducing pain and swelling to open up your blood flow. This can be done with effective cold compression through use of a Shoulder ColdCure Wrap®. Use of the ColdCure Wrap® early on in your healing process will numb your pain in a comforting way, get rid of your swelling and stop tissue damage in your rotator cuff on a cellular level. The ColdCure Wrap® will dramatically reduce the amount of fluid leaking into your shoulder joint, decrease pressure being placed on your blood vessels, and open the pathways necessary to deliver blood flow right into your torn rotator cuff.

Effective Cold Compression with a ColdCure Wrap® slows nerve and cell function - reducing swelling that blocks blood vessels from doing their job.

  • Step 2 - Boost Your Blood Flow to Speed Up Healing
Top Shoulder BFST Wrap Click to Buy

After the swelling is gone and your blood vessels are opened up, you can start helping your body to deliver blood flow to your torn rotator cuff with Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy (BFST®). BFST® is a therapy that substantially increases the flow of blood to your injured shoulder without the need to exercise or move your weakened joint. The only way to get maximum blood flow to your torn tissue is to help your body stimulate blood flow. BFST® is the fast, easy, pain-free way to increase blood flow. More blood flow means more healing nutrients, oxygen and antibodies; which means faster, more complete healing of your damaged tissue. The only way to get BFST® while treating yourself at home is through use of a Shoulder BFST Wrap®.

Our Shoulder BFST Wrap® = The Perfect BFST® Delivery Tool

What You Need to Treat Your
Supraspinatus Tear:

  • A Professional Cold Compression ColdCure Wrap® to reduce inflammation in your shoulder (as soon as possible).
  • A Deep Tissue Therapeutic BFST Wrap® to increase Blood Flow Stimulation Therapyto the injured soft tissue (BFST®).

What is the Rotator Cuff?

Shoulder and rotator cuff anatomy

As we mentioned above, the rotator cuff is a group of tendons, muscles and ligaments in your shoulder that create a 'cuff' in your shoulder around your upper arm bone (humerus). These tendons, muscles, and ligaments connect your humerus to your shoulder blade (scapula), or 'wing' bone. These tendons and muscles work together to provide stability and a full range of movement (rotation) for your shoulder.

The tendons of the rotator cuff act as connectors for your rotator cuff muscles to the bones in your arm. There are 4 major tendons in the rotator cuff: the teres minor/teres major, supraspinatus, subscapularis, and infraspinatus. These tendons come together to form 1 large tendon called the rotator cuff tendon. Rotator cuff tendinitis, or a tear in one the these tendons, is the most common cause of rotator cuff pain.

There are also ligaments in your rotator cuff that can be torn. These ligaments connect your collar bone (clavicle) to the humerus and scapula in your shoulder. Any of these major ligaments (the coracoclavicular, acromioclavicular, coraco-acromial, coraco-humeral, transverse humeral, superior glenohumeral, middle glenohumeral or inferior-glenohumeral) could also get torn if your rotator cuff injury is severe enough.

The rotator cuff muscles, named the same as the tendons (teres minor/teres major, supraspinatus, subscapularis, and infraspinatus) hold another possible area for tearing. You may in fact get multiple injuries in your rotator cuff that includes a strain or over-stretch of one of the muscles in your shoulder.

What causes a Rotator Cuff Tear injury?
Swimming can cause a rotator cuff tear injury.

Rotator cuff injuries are almost like a domino affect. As soon as one area of the tissue is damaged, other areas can get torn or strained as well. It's entirely possible to be suffering from a rotator cuff tendinitis tear injury, strained rotator cuff muscle and also develop a bone spur in your shoulder. A rotator cuff tear in the tendon or muscle could also lead to impingement syndrome (where your tendon or bursa gets caught between the bones in your shoulder). If left untreated, a rotator cuff tear injury can also lead to frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) - a shoulder joint injury that causes thickening of the shoulder joint capsule that basically 'freezes' your arm and shoulder in place (with an inability to move, raise, or lower your arm).

Anyone can injure their rotator cuff badly, though rotator cuff tears happen most often from sudden or traumatic accidents and overuse or repetitive stress. A fall, lifting or pulling an object that's too heavy, accident, or injury during a sporting activity can all cause sudden trauma to the rotator cuff. Athletes that play sports where they repeatedly use their arms in raised and lowered positions - such as baseball players, swimmers, tennis players, and football players - are often affected by rotator cuff tears.

Rotator cuff pain doctor appointments.

It's much more likely for someone who is young to get a torn rotator cuff through an accident or sudden traumatic event. In comparison, overuse and repetitive movement injuries can affect everyone due to degeneration of their rotator cuff over time. As we age, our tissue ages too. The tissue in our rotator cuff starts to thin and break-down. Any repetitive or frequent movement can place stress on your rotator cuff over the years. Your shoulder can also suffer degenerative changes such as arthritis, osteoarthritis and/or cartilage thinning on the ends of the bones. This gradual wear and tear in your shoulder comes for overuse, repetitive shoulder movements, arm lifting / lowering / rotation with weight bearing activities. Degenerative changes to the shoulder happen slowly, so you may end up suffering with a rotator cuff tear from a simple daily activity. You need to be aware that this injury can happen to anyone and is not just isolated to athletes!

What are the Symptoms of a
Torn Rotator Cuff?

supraspinatus-injury-pain-swelling

If you've suffered a traumatic sudden injury to your shoulder, you may have heard a sudden popping sound or felt a tearing sensation in your shoulder. Swelling around your shoulder will happen within a few hours after the injury or in the following days. If the injury is severe enough, you may also have some bruising on your shoulder. Immediate, intense, pain will follow - especially when you try to raise, lower, or rotate your arm.

If your rotator cuff tear is big enough you might feel weakness (instability) in your shoulder. Over time this weakness will turn into a limited range of motion and inability to raise, lower, or rotate your arm - resulting in pain. At this point your rotator cuff injury would also be interfering with your sleep, causing pain and night and forcing you to wake up several times to adjust your sleeping position.

Degenerative rotator cuff tears are subtle with pain that increases over time. You may also notice swelling after exercise or daily activities. If you do have pain, you may experience something called 'trigger point pain' in your shoulder and possibly feel weakness / instability. Trigger point pain is pain that comes from a specific spot in your rotator cuff muscle that has become a hypersensitive area. These trigger points, or hypersensitive areas of pain, are known to be a source of on-going pain and lack of blood flow within the tissue. Pain may increase with certain activities, like raising your arm to reach for something off of a high shelf, brushing your hair or teeth, getting dressed, or reaching behind your back.

Rotator cuff pain can translate into trigger point pain - which are hypersensitive areas in the muscle that are the source of on-going pain.

If you're suffering for a chronic rotator cuff injury you may have developed a sticking or freezing sensation in your arm. This freezing sensation (where mobility is completely reduced) may be a sign of another injury called frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis.

Other symptoms, like a crackling sensation (crepitus) in your shoulder, could be a sign of degenerative conditions in your arm. This may mean you are suffering from arthritis or osteoarthritis (especially is the crackling occurs with consistent snaps or pops).

To Start Recovery, Healing Time must be Minimized with Effective Treatment Options

If you have a torn rotator cuff, it's very important to heal it quickly and completely. Minimizing the healing time should be an obvious goal, as a chronic rotator cuff tear will limit your ability to go about your daily routine for a long period of time.

A seemingly small, nagging injury in your shoulder that's not properly treated can lead to a chronic painful degenerative rotator cuff injury that can persist for months or even years if not properly treated.

What You Need to Treat Your
Torn Supraspinatus or Supraspinatus Tendinitis:

  • A Professional Cold Compression ColdCure Wrap® to reduce inflammation (as soon as possible).
  • A Deep Tissue Therapeutic BFST Wrap® to increase Blood Flow Stimulation Therapyto the injured soft tissue (BFST®).

These tools are what you need for rapid healing. These are the tools that top professional athletes use to treat their injuries every single day. And just like these athletes, you can treat yourself at home.

If you have a rotator cuff injury or you're recovering from surgery, you can heal quickly if you treat your injury correctly. That means using the right therapies every single day.

Here's how it all works...

Step 1 - Reduce Pain & Swelling with a ColdCure Wrap®
Treat yourself with effective cold compression to reduce pain and swelling.

The 1st step for conservative treatment of your rotator cuff, even after surgery, is to reduce swelling to "open up" the area for more blood flow. Anyone in the health-care business knows that your blood supplies the oxygen and much needed nutrients required for your body to heal naturally after surgery. This is why doctors and surgeons recommend cold compression therapy within the first 72 hours of an injury and following rotator cuff surgery.

Cold compression therapy is recommended to reduce pain, swelling and tissue damage. Many doctors, surgeons and physical therapists consider cold compression therapy to be the gold standard for treatment of inflammation and pain. On-going cold compression treatments can reduce, or even eliminate, the need for NSAIDs or other medications that can be harmful to your body.

Cold compression therapy is known and trusted by most medical professionals. This is why for years doctors, trainers and other medical professionals have recommended RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) to treat the pain and swelling of fresh injuries, chronic pain, after any re-injury, and especially after surgery.

Treat yourself with effective cold compression to reduce pain and swelling.

Although RICE can help to treat these symptoms, ice and inferior gel packs reach temperatures so low they can cause cryoburn, an ice burn on your skin. The problem is, up until now there hasn't been any other option to treat painful conditions and injuries with effective cold compression, so ice and blue gel packs (full of antifreeze and chemicals) have been the only choice up until now.

Fortunately you no longer have to settle for these ice cold methods that are uncomfortably cold against your skin, provide short term relief, cause ice burns, and numb your skin and underlying tissue beyond feeling so you don't even notice the ice burn until it's too late. You can also get rid of those cold packs that warm up soon after you pull them out of the freezer and gel that pools around your injury putting the short-term cold everywhere except for where you need it most - on your shoulder injury!

The ColdCure Wrap® is the cold compression tool you need for your post-surgical recovery to treat yourself in an effective and convenient way.

When used on a rotator cuff injury, our ColdCure Wraps® provide:

  • The highest-level of cold compression to quickly decrease pain, swelling, inflammation and draw the heat out of your shoulder.
  • A tailored wrap that conforms perfectly around your shoulder.
  • Effective cold compression that's unlike any other cold compression wrap out there.
  • Cold temperatures that stay right over your rotator cuff injury for the entire length of your treatment.
  • A home-based solution with consistent (daily) cold treatments that reduces swelling fast, decreases tissue damage after injury or surgery, and opens up the vessels in and around your rotator cuff to receive the blood flow circulation needed to heal quickly and naturally.
  • Heavier, more substantial gel packs containing a special formulation of gel - called RigiGel®.

What's RigiGel®?

RigiGel® is our trademarked name for a unique gel formula that's made out of food-grade, non-toxic material which holds the cold for an extended period of time. This specially formulated gel also features non-migrating gel technology that makes our Shoulder ColdCure Wrap® truly different from any other wrap available on the market.

RigiGel® is a patented formula that gives you:

  • More cooling power per pound of gel than standard cold compression wraps.
  • More gel than other wraps, meaning every time you put one on it will keep your shoulder cold for a longer period; pain relief is enhanced and swelling is better controlled.
RigiGel's unique gel formula offers non-migrating gel that stays put over your shoulder injury.

Our special RigiGel® packs can be chilled in the fridge or freezer to tailor the amount of cold that you need for your injury. It doesn't matter how you cool it down, because our gel packs are chock full of gel that's designed to cool down into millions of tiny snowflakes. This method of cooling means our gel packs aren't icy-cold, just perfectly cold enough to give you the most effective cold compression available.

The cushioned gel will wrap around your shoulder and it won't budge for the entire treatment period. You'll no longer have to deal with annoying pooling around your shoulder or have to hold a hard block of ice on your injury!

Effective Cold Compression Therapy slows nerve and cell function - reducing the swelling that blocks blood vessels from doing their job.

heal your rotator cuff completely and get back to your life

This is important because once blood vessels are blocked or damaged, they can no longer carry oxygenated blood through the tissue and tissue cells begin to break-down. Without cold compression therapy cellular break-down and tissue damage continues as the cells don't get the oxygen they need to survive. By limiting the amount of damage done to your rotator cuff, you also limit the amount of healing that needs to occur. This is a very important step to heal rotator cuff injuries faster and with less pain! This is why you need to treat your shoulder injury as soon as possible, when you notice pain / swelling / inflammation, directly after a re-injury or surgery. Applying a Shoulder ColdCure Wrap® right away will stop the damage immediately and unblock your blood vessels to let your body's natural blood flow in to start healing the tissue.

The ColdCure Wrap® = Effective Cold Compression Therapy

It'll seem weird for you to read this, but there are a LOT of people out there that don't understand how fast cold compression with a Shoulder ColdCure Wrap® can get the swelling / inflammation in your rotator cuff under control! After you get rid of the swelling for good you can start actually dealing with your rotator cuff tear and the healing needed.

Use a Cold Compression Shoulder ColdCure Wrap®:

  • 24 to 72 hours after your initial injury or when you first notice pain and swelling in your shoulder to stop cellular damage, relieve pain, and decrease swelling.
  • After exercise, workouts or activity of any kind to prevent re-injury.
  • Before and after surgery during rehabilitation to control pre and post-surgery pain and swelling.
  • Anytime your shoulder feels tender, painful or you're having a flare-up of an old rotator cuff injury.
  • Anytime you have swelling, sharp throbbing pain or inflammation.
  • Any other situation where you need to draw the pain and inflammation out of your shoulder.

Step 2 - Improve Circulation, Soften Scar Tissue & Prevent Re-Injury with Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy

There are a lot of people that think their rotator cuff tear is gone after their swelling and inflammation are gone and their shoulder feels better. They also make the mistake of returning to regular activities too soon without proper time for healing. The truth is that healing takes time and after the swelling is gone your rotator cuff injury isn't even close to being fully healed.

Increase blood flow to speed up healing of your rotator cuff tendinitis.

After the inflammation in your shoulder has been reduced, providing extra blood flow and strengthening the tissue in your rotator cuff is recommended. Believe it or not, the best time for you to focus on avoiding re-injury and strengthening the weakened tissue in your shoulder is when the swelling's gone and your rotator cuff has started to heal. It's vital that you don't go back to activities too soon because you might bring on a major setback in your recovery...

  • Have you recently re-injured your shoulder by returning to your normal daily activities too quickly?
  • How many times in the past have you aggravated your shoulder just trying to perform basic tasks around your house?
  • Is your torn rotator cuff preventing you from work or activities you love to do?

If this sounds like you - You're not alone...

Most people we deal with tell us these scenarios have happened to them many times in the past. The real challenge is how to promote blood flow to your injured rotator cuff without causing further damage. This goal is even more complicated by the fact that you have to use your arm for almost everything in everyday life.

What can you do to actually start healing your rotator cuff?

Increase blood flow-speed up healing of your rotator cuff.

The answer is simple. Your body can heal itself and it's the blood in your body that makes it all happen. Your blood is how everything that's good inside of you is transported directly to your injured rotator cuff. Your blood carries oxygen, nutrients, water and antibodies right to the source of your injury and pain. Bringing proper blood flow to your shoulder is essential for healing.

Promoting blood flow around injured tissue to help the body heal itself is a concept that's been used for centuries. Oxygen and nutrients, carried in your own blood, are critical for the body to heal itself. Without proper blood flow, recovering from your rotator cuff tear will be delayed... Sometimes for a very long period of time.

Even though the concept is simple, improving blood flow to the tendons and ligaments in your shoulder can be difficult. Traditional methods require you to move your sore/stiff shoulder in order to promote blood flow. This same motion that promotes blood flow can also make your pain and rotator cuff injury much worse (especially if you need to immobilize your shoulder during surgery recovery). Relying on movement alone to increase blood flow puts you in danger of re-injuring your shoulder.

So what do you do when you need to increase blood flow, but you can't move your shoulder without re-injuring your tissue?

This is where the Shoulder BFST Wrap® and Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy (BFST®) come in!

When should you use hot or cold for injuries?

Using Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy (BFST®), will help with your recovery and heal your rotator cuff more completely. BFST® increases the amount of blood that flows naturally to your soft tissue to nourish your shoulder, improving elasticity and speeding the healing process. This increased Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy to your damaged rotator cuff is greatly needed to complete your healing and avoid re-injury once and for all.

The only way to get BFST® is through use of a Shoulder BFST Wrap®.

top shoulder bfst-contents of box

The Shoulder BFST Wrap® is the only treatment method that improves blood flow and circulation on a deep tissue level. Other methods of warming / heating tissue (hot water bottles, hot baths, etc) will only ever increase blood flow on a surface / skin level. These methods need a LOT of time to even reach your rotator cuff tear on a deep tissue level. And even if you were to use them this long your skin would heat up to an uncomfortable level and it may even burn you.

The best source of heat treatment is from a product where you don't even feel that much heat. When you don't feel the heat, it means the therapy is working in your deep soft tissue which is really where you need it. It's kind of like how your heart works in your body. You can't "feel" your heart pumping blood all around your body to your arms and legs. You can't even hear your own heartbeat without listening very closely. This is exactly how deep tissue BFST® works too!

You're not supposed to "feel" a lot of heat because the heat isn't treating your skin, it's treating your ligaments, tendons and muscles, increasing the blood flow right where your injury is!

  • When treating a rotator cuff tear or any soft tissue injury, an effective therapy will increase blood flow to the injury while your shoulder is immobile.
  • This increase in blood flow will accelerate the body's own ability to heal itself.
  • The Shoulder BFST Wrap® is the most highly effective blood flow stimulation device that you'll find on the market that is approved by the FDA for use in the home or hospital.

Regular treatments with a Shoulder BFST Wrap® can reduce pain and stiffness from scar tissue and increase overall flexibility in your arm. Increased blood flow will whisk away damaged tissue, toxins, and any bacteria in or around your rotator cuff tear to promote more effective healing. Getting rid of toxins will allow all of the positive healing processes to start in your injury. Increasing blood flow will also increase the amount of oxygen that's being sent to your injured tissue AND boost your tissue's ability to absorb oxygen. (reference: 1)

How Does the Shoulder BFST Wrap® Promote BFST®?

Electromagnetic energy increases blood flow on a deep tissue level.

Every BFST Wrap® contains a patented Energy Web® that's flexible and shaped to conform around your shoulder. The Energy Web® provides a uniform wave of healing electromagnetic energy over the entire treatment area. This energy travels deep inside your soft tissue to stimulate blood flow on the deep tissue level where it's needed to heal your injury. It's the electromagnetic energy provided provided by our BFST Wraps® that's crucial to the healing process.

Electromagnetic energy is the only way to get your blood flow moving on a deep tissue level for these reasons:

  • Electromagnetic energy waves are not heat waves.

  • When emitted from the BFST Wrap®, electromagnetic energy waves penetrate right through your skin and fat layers until they get to your damaged tissue.
  • Once these energy waves reach your torn rotator cuff, they're absorbed and quickly converted into heat energy right at the location of your injury.
  • The idea of electromagnetic energy waves is slowly catching on in North American, but the truth is, it's a technology that's been used for decades.
Electromagnetic energy has been studied by researchers for decades.

Many people just don't know that over the past 30 years, researchers in Japan and China have completed extensive studies on the use of electromagnetic energy for healing and their findings have been impressive. Success has been reported in studies from countries like Sweden and Germany. Research is continuing and soon, much of North American will know what the Far East and Europe has known for a long time...

Electromagnetic energy provides a wide range of health benefits for those not only suffering from a rotator cuff tear, but for many other soft tissue injuries as well.

Regular treatment with the electromagnetic energy in our BFST Wraps® will ensure:

  • Your pain will be reduced.
  • Your rotator cuff tear will heal at an accelerated rate with reduced potential for re-injury.
  • Your shoulder will have a larger range of motion and increased extensibility of collagen tissue in your joint. (Chapter 9 of "Therapeutic Heat and Cold", 4th edition. (amazon.com link - Ed. Justus F. Lehmann, M.D., Williams, and Wilkin)

Electromagnetic Energy = Increased Blood Flow = More Oxygen, More Nutrients and Less Toxins = Faster Healing

Increase blood flow to speed up healing of your rotator cuff tear.

Our BFST Wraps® are uniquely patented designs that are better than other alternatives out there for more than just the electromagnetic energy they provide! Our wraps are made from medical-grade material - this should be as important to you as it is to us. Other products that are sold in stores are considered "consumer goods" meaning the material only needs to be as good as a sweater that you wear. Clothing articles like this don't need to meet high standards of production or materials and may include materials that irritate your skin.

Since our wraps are medical-grade products registered with the FDA, they are of a higher quality and need to meet way more standards for manufacturing (ISO 10993 - bio-compatibility testing). This makes our wraps the safest product to increase blood flow circulation.

Our manufacturer has spent years perfecting the wrap design to make sure you get the treatment you deserve!

Use A BFST® Shoulder BFST Wrap®:

  • After swelling and inflammation have been reduced with cold compression.
  • Before exercise or workouts to warm up your shoulder to prevent re-injury.
  • Before and after rotator cuff tear surgery, during rehabilitation, to warm up your shoulder before physical therapy exercising or stretching.
  • Anytime you feel your shoulder has stiffened up, is tight and your mobility is reduced causing you more pain.
  • Anytime you have sore or aching tissue in and around your rotator cuff.
  • Any other situation where you need to increase blood flow to your shoulder to relax your soft tissue, relieve pain, prevent re-injury and enhance flexibility of your tissue.

BFST® with a Shoulder BFST Wrap® = The Best Way to Deal With Scar Tissue

Scar tissue grows to protect your rotator cuff injury after surgery.

During the healing process your body will fill in tears in your soft tissue with brittle tissue called "scar tissue". This process is no different after you've had surgery to repair your shoulder. The human body will use scar tissue as a temporary solution and will try to build the scar tissue as fast as possible to heal the area. Scar tissue can form fast to bind everything together in your rotator cuff, but working fast doesn't mean that the job's done right. When scar tissue forms it doesn't come together as neatly as regular (healthy) soft tissue would. Scar tissue fibers will lay down over top of the damage in your shoulder in a cluttered, messy and jumbled up way.

Imagine throwing a bunch of drinking straws in the air... Those straws will land in a random, unorganized way. It seems silly to think that those straws could land perfectly straight and all in the same direction.

This is how scar tissue works. The scar tissue that forms in your rotator cuff will be unorganized and won't line up properly with the healthy tissue surrounding your tear. This scar tissue will also attach to everything around your tear, including all of that healthy tissue. This can result in a long-term fusing together of your tissue that stiffens up your entire shoulder, reducing your mobility and making your rotator cuff tear injury even more painful!

This is why scar tissue is weak and only a temporary solution to heal your rotator cuff injury. Scar tissue is something that needs to be dealt with fast. If you try to get back into your regular daily activities after surgery with a mound of scar tissue in your joint you'll have a higher risk of re-injury. Scar tissue is just not built to withstand the pressures of regular activity.

If you have an injured rotator cuff with a lot of scar tissue and re-injure that tissue, even more scar tissue will grow to fill in those tears. If you keep falling into the dangerous cycle of re-injuring your rotator cuff without proper treatment you could end up with massive amounts of scar tissue in your joint. Your ability to move your affected joint in a normal way will be impaired as the amount of scar tissue increases.

The only solution to truly repair a chronic rotator cuff injury for good is to break up scar tissue and avoid re-injury.

natural rotator cuff healing at home

This can be achieved with regular use of the Shoulder BFST Wrap®. This device provides the blood flow needed to soften your scar tissue and encourage this tissue to convert into health.

It may seem hard to believe, but our ColdCure Wraps® and BFST Wraps® will assist you in recovering from your injury faster and reduce your chance of suffering from degenerative conditions (like arthritis) by maximizing blood flow where it's needed most and reducing swelling / inflammation induced pain.

Rotator Cuff Injury Facts:

The term "rotator cuff" refers to a group of four tendons that attach four shoulder muscles to the upper arm bone.

About 6 million people in the U.S. seek medical care each year for shoulder problems.

The shoulder joint has the widest range of motion of all joints in the body.

Rotator cuff injuries are typically associated with motions that require repeated overhead motions or forceful pulling motions. This is an injury that is very common in athletes, especially baseball pitchers, football players, weightlifters, rugby players, volleyball players, swimmers, boxers, tennis players, bowlers and cheerleaders.

AidMyRotatorCuff (a division of MendMeShop) is an FDA registered company. This means our products are of very high quality, made from biocompatible materials.

Continual repetitive use of the injured rotator cuff will lead to a worse injury.

Although the rotator cuff can tear suddenly as a result of a serious injury, most rotator cuff problems develop over time.

Dear MendMeShop,

Hello, I'm reporting into you that the shoulder wrap is working so good. Most of my pain is gone now. I have good movement of the arm. Can raise it up over head now and around to the back. Before I started the treatments I was not able to do these things. I am a believer of your product and I will continue to use it. I went to my Doctor today for my yearly physical and I told her about me ordering this wrap, as I did not want to go through another surgery on the rotator-cuff. I just got done doing my overhead pulley exercises on my arms and then I put on the wrap and it felt so good. I still am being very careful as to not over use the arm. I was able to run my vacuum today with the right arm and did great. Ok, just thought you would like to hear my progress and I am very happy with the results so far

Dear MendMeShop,

The first time I used the shoulder inferno wrap and the freezie wrap was to treat a rotator cuff injury I sustained from over use and aging. I was in my early 60's and an avid tennis player, kayaker, skier, hiker and biker for most of my life. Doctors were recommending surgery but I opted for physical therapy. This helped but did not give me the relief I needed to continue with all of my athletic activities. Then I started using your product. After activities where I used my shoulder, even weight training, I used the freezie wrap followed by the inferno wrap. Then I used the inferno wrap periodically throughout the day while at work. I'm a therapist and my clients were OK with me wearing the wrap during sessions if I felt the need to. I experienced the ability to use my shoulder and be completely pain free. I was thrilled. Then at age 65 I began to have achilles tendon inflammation which became extremely painful. Doctors explained to me that as we age tendons lose flexibility and are more prone to injury. I bought that explanation to a point but again tried physical therapy, prolonged stretching, Ibuprofen and rest. I had relief if I used large regular doses of anti-inflamatory medications but was concerned about the long term negative affects of the meds. I purchased the Ankle inferno and freezie wrap and began the same routine I had used with my rotator cuff injury. I'm happy to say the results were the same. Even this aging body was able to repair and stretch my achilles tendon with exercise, and the cold and warm treatments from your products. Now I am still playing tennis and doing all of my other activities and I remain pain free. After athletics I use the freezie wrap followed by the inferno wrap. Also, before I play racket sports or hike I use the inferno wrap on my ankle and follow with gentle stretching. When I get home I use the freezie wrap. Who knows how long I will be able to continue my active life style. But right now I know that these products are enabling me to be an active, vibrant, aging woman who can (almost) keep up with my kids. I should add that I also maintain a healthy weight, train with weights, exercise every day and eat a plant based diet with lean protein. Even my healthy lifestyle wasn't enough to prevent these nagging injuries that become more prevalent as we age. So....thanks for making a great product ...... and my life more manageable.

Dear MendMeShop,

I spent 7 years in the gym walking one hour and working out. I lost 85 pounds in about 2 years with a lot of hard work and dedication. After I left the gym in 2008 due to it closing I started having problems about a year later. I recently had surgery on my left shoulder on Jan 4th of this year to shave down the bone to leave enough space for my shoulder joint to work. It seemed to be healing slowly, until I probably reinjured it trying to cut down a small tree. I went back to my Orthopedic Surgeon for my follow up and had to have a cortizone shot in June so I could be painfree while on a long awaited vacation. The shot lasted until September and had another shot October 26 with a warning from the Dr that if I couldn't get any better through therapy by Jan 6 2011 I would have to have the full surgery with my tendons and muscles sewn up to the top of my Rotator Cuff. I told him I don't want to go through the pain again, since I can't take pain medication due to my daily med I have to take for PTSD and can't take them both at the same time. So I did some research for the last 2 months and kept coming up with the MendMeShop Left Shoulder Inferno Wrap. I printed all the material and showed it to my OS and he said to try it if I think it will help me. I received it in 2 days last Friday and was out of town overnight. So I didn't get to try it until Saturday night. I tried it wrapped over a sweater with a thermal shirt underneath and the heat went right through and felt like I was at the physical therapist. The next day I did a few 60 minute sessions and I could feel my muscles ache a little bit, but NO PAIN praise God !!! I was buying a large tube of Extra Strength Muscle Rub with 16 % Menthol once a week to bear the pain along with 800 ML of Ibuprofen.Today is Thursday and I haven't had to put any rub on my shoulder since coming home Saturday night. This Inferno Wrap is incredible and is worth every penny. I am on Disability so I can't afford to waste a penny, but this purchase is becoming a lifesaver for me. Sometimes I just unplug from the charger, tuck the little 8 inch connector, then I tighten the wrap to make it a compression support and the heat stays in it for hours and allows me to be able to function a lot less painful since I am left handed also. If I could give it a 10 star rating instead of a 5 star I would. I will keep you all up to date a few times a week as I progress, along with any replies I might receive. Sun Nov 14, 2010 2:51 pm

Dear MendMeShop,

Over the past eight months I have been suffering from shoulder and arm pain. I just kept thinking that the pain would go away on its own. When I reached the point where I was unable to raise my arm over my head without assistance and forget about putting my arm behind my back. I decided that a trip to the doctor was due. She ruled out that I had an injury to the Rotator Cuff itself and determined that I had a soft tissue injury. Due to repetitive movement and heavy lifting. She suggested that I try physical therapy. With my work schedule and family obligations I knew that was going to be very difficult and I wanted something that I could fit into my schedule. So I began doing research on the internet for alternative treatments and exercises. That's when I found your product on the internet. I was somewhat skeptical as to rather it would perform as stated, but decided to give it a try. It was stated that it could take up to three weeks to feel results. BUT I am here to say that for myself it has done better. I have been using the Freezie Wrap for a week and have already felt some improvement. I can now raise my arm to just about shoulder height unassisted, and can now almost get my finger tips back behind my back. I make a point of using Freeze Wrap as soon as I get home from work to relieve the stress to my muscles from work and to keep the inflammation down. Now that I have gotten some of the inflammation gone I intend to incorporate the Inferno Wrap treatment to my regiment to just before going bed to aid the healing process and aid in a better night's sleep.

Dear MendMeShop,

When I use the knee Inferno wrap consistently it makes a difference. I need a knee replacement but because of my weight issues I can't get the surgery. The wrap gives me much relief. I also tore my rotator cuff and had major reconstructive surgery and 1 year of rehab. Over the years I have stiffness and the shoulder wrap has helped to maintain range of motion. In addition, I have the tortoise shell for the back and I can't say enough. It hits the whole back up to the neck. Wonderful. My sister has planter fasciitis she used the foot wrap consistently for several months, now she only needs to use periodically. I love and use all the products I have purchased and would recommend.

Dear MendMeShop,

I love the freezie wraps, and use them for hip pain. They work well at night to take away most of the bursitis like pain. The Mend Me shop has provided excellent advice and treatment protocol which has been invaluable.

Two years ago, after returning to the gym for the first time in over a decade, I developed intense lower back pain which radiated into my left hip and leg. I also developed snapping hip syndrome. After many expensive visits to a chiropractor and physical therapist, I gained some relief, but still experienced constant low level pain in the injured areas with episodes of intense debilitating pain which interfered with my sleep and work. After searching online for alternative and cost effective self treatment methods, I discovered your website and purchased your Back/Hip Inferno Wrap and Back/Hip Freezie Wrap. Within a short period of time of using these products, I noticed a huge reduction in pain. Two months later, the pain is barely noticeable, the snapping hip syndrome is an unpleasant memory and I feel that significant long term healing of chronic injuries is taking place. I absolutely LOVE your products, and enthusiastically recommend them to everyone I meet who is experiencing similar pain issues. Kudos to Paul and everyone in your customer service department which is beyond compare in terms of knowledge, promptness and genuine concern for your customers!

I recently went to a Rheumatologist and was diagnosed with DeQuervains tenosynovitis. I was tested and treated with a cortizone shot, pain medication and was told to continue using the brace I bought previous to the visit. The shot may have lasted all of 4 hours. I went online to research the condition and treatment. I ordered the Wrist Inferno Wrap immediately after reading the reviews and what it could do for the pain I was experiencing. To my surprise this wrap starting working within a couple of days. I could not believe it! Although this treatment indicates it would take atleast 4 to 6 weeks, I am experiencing relief already. The nodule beneath my thumb where I was experiencing the spasms has disappeared. THIS PRODUCT really works. I am so greatful to you and endorse this product 100%. I am hoping to be completely healed with continued use soon. Thank you so much for creating a product that TRULY WORKS. I use as recommended 3 times a day including in the office. I rate this product as EXCELLENT!

Dear MendMeShop,

I am a very active individual. If I am not running or lifting weights you can usually find me doing various outdoor and home improvement projects. That is why when I recently started experiencing pain in my shoulder, upper arm and forearm I concluded that I had aggravated an old rotator cuff injury. Initially I ignored the discomfort, thinking that that would make it magically disappear but, to my disappointment the pain only continued to get worse. After a couple of months of I pain, I decided to do something for myself. I tried stretching exercises, massage, the heating pad and ibprofen but nothing seemed to be helping. That's when I went online and found the Mend Me Shop and the inferno wrap for the shoulder seemed like a good way to wrap the heat around the immediate area that needed treating. When I picked up the package from the post office I was anxious to get started. I was so pleased that after only three days of using the products, I was feeling relief. It's only been a little over a week since I started treatments and I can say that I can once again imagine living without the that constant pain. Thanks so much for the relief !!!

I am most satisfied with the products that I purchased. It is clearly high quality and I am positive it will heal my knee in the long run. I am really looking forward to getting my knee sorted out permanently. I did have a knee operation about two years ago but there were no time to give it a decent recovery time. Unfortunately as a mechanic working on the power plant here in Salerno, we work on gravel surfaces 24/7 for 85 days before returning home for a 3 week vacation. At the age of 53 it becomes real stress full and I also had to put away my running shoes, which was also a blow to me. I am very confident that your products will get me back on the road again and I would love to do the Comrades ultra marathon in South Africa for the third time.
